What frame size does my child need?
To find the right EIGHTSHOT, you should know your child's current size. We provide age and size recommendations for all of our products. From approx. 105 cm: 16 inches From approx. 117 cm: 20 inches From approx. 128 cm: 24 inches From approx. 143 cm: 27.5 inches To be sure which bike size is right for your child, we recommend taking a test ride at one of our specialist retailers.
Where can I buy an Eightshot bike?
You can use our dealer search to find out where EIGHTSHOT bikes are sold near you.
How long is the warranty on your bikes?
Your contact for warranty claims is the dealer from whom you purchased our product. We generally provide the statutory warranty of 2 years from the date of sale on all items. In addition, we extend our services in the event of frame breakage outside the statutory warranty to 5 years.
Where are Eightshot bikes made?
The assembly (final production) of EIGHTSHOT is carried out by our factory in Poland.
What is the best way to care for my bike?
To ensure that you can enjoy your EIGHTSHOT for a long time and stay safe on the road, it must be serviced and cleaned regularly. Maintenance should be carried out once a year in a specialist workshop.
Who should I contact if I have a problem with my EIGHTSHOT?
The first step is always to go to the EIGHSHOT dealer where you purchased the bike. The obligation to process complaints only applies to the dealer with whom you concluded the purchase agreement.

BIKE CATEGORY 1
Bikes in this category are designed exclusively for use on roads and paved or hard-packed surfaces. The wheels maintain constant ground contact.
BIKE CATEGORY 2
In addition to the use cases in Category 1, bikes in this category can also be ridden on unpaved and gravel paths with moderate inclines. Drops and jumps are allowed up to a maximum height of 15 cm.
BIKE CATEGORY 3
Bikes in this category are also suitable for rougher terrain and trails that require good riding skills, in addition to the areas covered by Categories 1 and 2. Jumps and drops are allowed up to a maximum height of 60 cm.
BIKE CATEGORIE 4
Bikes in this category are permitted to be used not only in the areas specified in categories 1-3 but also in rough, steep terrain at speeds of up to 40 km/h. Jumps and drops are allowed up to a maximum height of 120 cm.
BIKE CATEGORIE 5
Bikes in this category are also permitted, in addition to the areas covered by categories 1-4, to be used for extreme jumps and descents in technical, very steep terrain at speeds exceeding 40 km/h.
